See the three core manufacturing areas
Most parts we make start in one of three areas. Each one links to a service page where you can check fit, materials and what to send.

Metal stamping
Presses and dies for formed sheet parts in repeat batches. We build the dies for the parts we stamp, so tooling and production stay with one team.

CNC machining
Milling and turning for metal and plastic parts, from prototypes to production runs, reviewed against your datums, tolerances and finish.

Injection molding
Molding machines and in-house molds for plastic parts, from moldability review and first samples to approved production.
Go deeper on each process: metal stamping, CNC machining and plastic injection molding.
Send the drawing, we suggest the route
Many parts combine processes: a stamped bracket with a machined boss, or a molded cover with a metal insert. Parker reviews the drawing and tells you which areas your part passes through. Next: the operations around the core three.
Understand who performs each operation
A custom part can pass through tooling, primary production, finishing, inspection and packing. All of it runs in our own factory, and your quote lists the steps for your part.
| Project step | What we do in-house | What to confirm for your part |
|---|---|---|
| Tooling | Stamping dies and injection molds, designed and made in-house | Tool ownership, maintenance and change terms, stated in your quote |
| Primary manufacturing | Stamping, CNC machining, injection molding, casting, sheet metal fabrication and 3D printing | Route, material and the drawing revision that controls the order |
| Secondary operations | Surface finishing, heat treatment, welding and assembly | Finish specification, masking, and whether dimensions apply before or after treatment |
| Inspection | First article inspection, then a check before shipment | Critical features, method, frequency and the records you need |
| Packing and dispatch | Packing, labeling and shipment documents | Protection, labels, quantity per carton and required documents |

See how the finished part is checked
An inspection bench matters when the method and the record are tied to your part's requirements, not when it is just a photo of a gauge.
Samples go through first article inspection against your drawing, production starts after you sign off, and parts are checked again before they ship. We work under an ISO 9001 quality system.
For your order, name the dimensions, material documents, appearance criteria or sample approval you need. The method and the report scope are agreed with the manufacturing route.

What to specify at each stage is set out under quality assurance and inspection.
Have your own inspection points or report format?
One factory, one contact, quote to shipment
Parker handles your drawings, samples and orders, so you are not coordinating several suppliers across time zones. If your approval process needs more than a quote, the next section covers what you can ask to verify.
Review the site for your project
If your supplier approval calls for a site review, tell us what you need to verify. We discuss the evidence that fits your project, including whether a live or recorded review is possible.
What buyers usually ask to see
- The route your part takes through the factory
- The equipment that will make your part
- Sample inspection results against your drawing
- How your parts are packed
What to send with the request
- Your drawing, and the 3D model if available
- Material, quantity and finish
- The checks your approval process requires
- Whether you need a visit, a video call or documents
